Join us for the launch of The Rebis with founder Hannah Levy and Ruby Helen Shewolfe Tseng!
Come join us to celebrate the launch of The Rebis, a new print publication devoted to tarot and creativity. Over snacks and drinks, we'll host an intimate conversation between The Rebis founder Hannah Levy and contributor Helen Shewolfe Tseng. We'll discuss the relationship between tarot and creative expression, and share more about the process of starting an indie magazine. Some of our incredibly talented Bay Area-based contributors will also be joining us to read excerpts from their essays.
The Rebis weaves together stories and art grounded in tarot, mythology, psychology, and spirituality. The first issue focuses on the Wheel of Fortune, so expect us to cover themes like synchronicity, alchemy, change-making, and cyclical time. The Wheel is a card of infinite possibilities, a reminder of how we are all interconnected. More than anything, we're building a community of multidimensional thinkers, writers, and artists — and we'd love to have you join us!
We'll have copies of The Rebis for sale at the event. All profits will go to The Sogorea Te Land Trust, an urban Indigenous women-led land trust that facilitates the return of Indigenous land to Indigenous people.
