For this session of the Ruby Fermentation Club, we'll be making hot sauce using Andrea Nguyen's Sriracha recipe! We'll divvy up the ingredients potluck style (sign up here!) and then prepare and make the hot sauce as a group. BYO clean jars (we're estimating about 6 oz of hot sauce for each person to take home.)
