Rent The Ruby
We love to rent The Ruby to like minded individuals and organizations on available weeknights and weekends.
The Ruby has two spaces available: Ruby Classic and Ruby Gallery.
Ruby Classic is meant for intimate gatherings and has a maximum capacity of 49 people. A set of stairs leads up to the Ruby Classic space. Photos of the space can be seen here.
Ruby Gallery offers a first-floor space including an ADA accessible bathroom. It can host larger gatherings, up to 100 people. Photos of the space can be seen here.
OUR RATES
Ruby Classic
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
$100/hr for members & nonprofits (minimum 2 hrs)
$200/hr for nonmembers (minimum 2 hrs)
Friday, 7 to 11 p.m.
$100/hr for members & nonprofits (minimum 2 hrs)
$200/hr for nonmembers (minimum 2 hrs)
Saturday & Sunday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
$1,000/day for members & nonprofits (OR HOURLY $150, minimum 3 hours)
$1,500/day for nonmembers (OR HOURLY $250, minimum 3 hours)
Ruby Gallery
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
$150/hr for members & nonprofits (minimum 2 hrs)
$250/hr for nonmembers (minimum 2 hrs)
Friday, 7 to 11 p.m.
$150/hr for members & nonprofits (minimum 2 hrs)
$250/hr for nonmembers (minimum 2 hrs)
Saturday & Sunday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
$1,500/day for members & nonprofits (OR HOURLY $200, minimum 3 hours)
$2,000/day for nonmembers (OR HOURLY $300, minimum 3 hours)
CLEANING FEE: There is a cleaning fee of $170. For full-day rentals, there is a cleaning fee of $220.
All events must be approved and in line with The Ruby’s values.
