With winter citrus season at its peak right now, it's time to preserve lemons, limes, mandarins and more! In this month's Ruby Fermenters Club meeting, we'll try out a bunch of techniques for preserving all things citrus. Some recipes we plan to explore include: fermented blood oranges, lime curd, and kumquats in honey syrup. Beginners and experienced fermenters welcome!
