Our founder Judy Tan grew up with this tradition and is on a mission to craft the best tasting, high quality, all-natural artisanal drinking vinegar that's easy for people to access to improve their health. Our recipe is inspired by thousand-year old tradition of vinegar making combined with a modern approach. We cold press and slow macerate our fruit and vinegar to achieve the subtle and intricate flavors of every ingredient with low sugar.
