Tida and Soyeon, community members and co-founders of MESO, invite you to a grief support gathering on Thursday, February 1 from 6:30-8PM. The event will include breathwork, sound, contemplative meditation, and storytelling. Suggested donation is $25 but no one will be turned away. Please bring something comfortable for you to rest upon such as pillows, blankets, and a yoga mat.
