Join The Ruby Fermentation Club to make sauerkraut and, an aptly named, Ruby curtido together! Fermentation Club co-lead, Humaira Mahi, will be guiding us through the process!
We'll divvy up the ingredients (cabbage, beets, carrots, ginger, garlic), potluck style, then prepare the ingredients and make the kraut as a group. BYO clean jars to bring your sauerkraut and curtido home in. Please register by Jan 27 so we can plan accordingly!
