Join the Ruby fermenters club as we explore ferments from around the world.
For this session of the Ruby Fermentation Club, we'll be making pickles from Reem Assil's Arabiyya cookbook! We'll be making sun-colored pickled cauliflower and magenta pickled turnip spears! We'll divvy up the ingredients potluck style (sign up here!) and then prepare and make the pickles as a group. BYO clean jars (2 of them, 1 for each type of pickle) to bring your ferments home.
