Using The Enneagram to Navigate Relationships

Relationships can be great sources for connection and grounding… and there are moments of confusion and frustration. The Enneagram is one tool that may bring clarity, understanding, and compassion for our loved ones during hard moments or seasons. In this workshop we’ll explore what motivations, fears, and gifts each Enneagram type brings to their relationships — so we can better understand others as well as ourselves. We’ll also talk practically about how to handle friction and conflict, as well as ways to express appreciation or affection for each type.

Before attending the session, participants are encouraged to visit the Enneagram Institute website to read through the nine type descriptions and identify which one they resonate with the most, this is likely your “Core Type”.

Participants are also encouraged to select a relationship to focus on for the workshop. If you feel comfortable, invite this person to identify their Enneagram type. If you and your person read through the types and still aren’t sure, that’s ok — it’s not 100% clear for everyone. But please read through the types and bring your questions to the session.
