Ruby Danica Li will share practical tips, resources, and other knowledge gained from many years of working as a workplace rights lawyer.
About the Instructor
Danica Li is an employment and labor lawyer who has represented workers for the last eight years of her law career. She graduated from Berkeley Law (go bears!) and has worked as a union-side lawyer for the last four years, representing unions in court and before administrative agencies and advising them on legislation, bargaining, and organizing drives. Prior to that, she worked for a national class-action firm representing workers in gender and race discrimination cases and unpaid overtime lawsuits.
