As tragedies and ongoing violence continue to occur worldwide, it can become a direct impact to our overall mental health and well-being. Thus, it is crucial to still maintain self-care and wellness for ourselves through healthy outlets, such as through writing. This

Friday, for anyone who feels moved to do so, let us join together in this healing space. Consider this as an opportunity to express any thoughts or frustrations by writing (or typing) it all out. You can also choose to creatively respond to the optional writing prompt: "What currently aches you? Then, think about what currently gives you strength in your healing?" Thus, in doing so, we can share our writings, creating a collective healing space.
