[IRL] Voice, Speech, + Presence with Katya Davida Landau

What if you truly believed in your voice? What if you could cultivate and engage with its authentic resonance? Some of us have had one or sadly a handful of experiences when someone told us that our voice did not matter. That was a lie. Every voice matters and can create positive change…we simply need to get to know our voices & all that they are capable of. No single person is born speaking like Michelle Obama. It takes curiosity, dedication, and training to speak with an engaging voice. Just like athletes train for the olympics, great speakers warm-up & train their voices. Join us on March 23rd to begin to uncover, discover, & empower your voice, so you can speak with one that is true to you.

  • Step 1: Strengthen your spirit with a guided meditation to reconnect you with your personal power.

  • Step 2: Be ready for any opportunity to speak beautifully 24/7 365 with Vocal Health Tips 101.

  • Step 3: Stretch your range to access lower n’ higher notes with gender-affirming + public speaking Vocal Warm-ups.

  • Step 4: Explore Body+Voice connection with posture-informed exercises because the body + voice are ONE!

Please come with room-temp or warm water, a yoga mat (bring your own or borrow one from the Ruby), wear comfortable clothing you can move in, & a video-recording device (a.k.a. smartphone). Oh! And, don’t forget an open mind n’ heart :)
