Join The Ruby Fermenters Club to make sauerkraut together! We'll divvy up the ingredients (cabbage, beets, carrots, ginger, garlic), potluck style, then prepare the ingredients and make the kraut as a group. BYO clean jars to bring your sauerkraut home in. Please register by Feb 2 so we can plan accordingly!
