For this session of the Ruby Fermentation Club, Ruby Divya David will lead us in making homemade ginger wine! As a bonus, Divya is also bringing ingredients for us to make a Southern Indian-style Plum Cake together! We'll divvy up the ginger wine ingredients potluck style and then prepare and make the wine and cake as a group. BYO clean jars to transport wine home (we're estimating about 17 oz of wine each).
