Join Ruby Michelle Wallace for a 30-minute movement class that is focused on mobility and release to find ease in your body. The pandemic has a lot of us curled up in front of our screens. In this low-equipment class, I'll be mostly focused on helping people undo imbalances from sitting in front of screens, and will pull from pilates, yoga, weight lifting, dance, Feldenkris and Franklin Method. I'll be giving a lot of variations for every exercise so that people with injuries, illness, pre- and post-natal, etc. can benefit. All bodies are welcome!
I've been teaching movement for 15 years and have focused on working with people who have chronic and terminal illnesses, chronic pain, debilitating injuries, pre- and post-natal as well as athletes.
Please have a yoga mat or towel (if you don't want to work directly on the floor), a small towel or long-sleeve shirt and a chair that doesn't roll.
