Join us for our first-ever Ruby Soup Swap! This is a co-ed event (all guests must be vouched-for and accompanied by a Ruby member). Ruby members, please select the # of tickets for yourself & your non-member loved ones.

How does the SOUP SWAP work?

Everyone makes soup at home, freezes them in provided containers (The Ruby will charge $1 as a deposit for each container taken; we will refund this deposit on the day of the soup swap), and then shows up to exchange soups.

Why swap soup?

Soup is delicious, and meal planning can sometimes be tedious. Swapping soups is an opportunity to bring coziness and variety to our lives, as well as meet new, soup-loving friends!

What do I do once I sign up?

• Select your soup and share it on our communal SOUP DOC (we will send your the SOUP DOC and FAQ when you RSVP!)

• Share any allergies or dietary considerations you may have in the communal SOUP DOC.

• Make the soup!

• Pack the soup in the provided quart containers.

• Freeze overnight.

• Pack the soup with any extra fixings that may be offered (lime slices, cheese toppings, pasta, etc) in separate containers.

• We’ll provide labels for the containers at the event.

• Please return your containers to The Ruby after enjoying your soup!
