Jaime Santos is a business and tax attorney. She cut her teeth at big law firms in the early 2000's before finding the money did not make up for the lost sleep and stress. She and her long time friend, Matt, started Santos Walding LLP to bring purpose back to their legal practice. They work with small to medium sized business and not for profits on the creative parts business: creation, merging, asset purchases and sales, employment and general counsel advice for not for profits, small manufacturers, retail stores and online sellers.
