The world of comics is progressing, as we bear witness to more diverse authors and artists sharing personal experiences in the form of graphic memoirs and autobiographical comics. In this workshop, we will learn how to create empathetic stories as Breena shares suggestions on how to form one's cartooning and paneling style. Comics have been a personally empowering medium for Breena; she hopes it can do the same for others.
No previous experience with comics is required!
