Join Tekuno and Frolic & Detour Bakery for another tea and cookie pop-up at The Ruby!

Tekuno is a new tea company that specializes in loose leaf Japanese green teas. Based in San Francisco, we work directly with tea farms and producers in Japan to offer elegant, delicious teas that reflect their terroir, tea makers, and processing. For our 2019 collection, we chose to work with a 9th generation, female-owned tea farm who has won numerous awards for her senchas. We're online only, but keep an eye out for our IRL events and say hi on our Instagram!

Frolic & Detour Bakery is a small pop up and wholesale bakery in San Francisco creating American treats that are playfully unconventional and subtly draw on Anabel's Chinese heritage, love of Asian snacks, and experiences working at 20th Century Cafe and OYATSUYA. At Frolic & Detour Bakery, you'll find classics alongside new riffs on old favorites, such as pillowy strawberry cookies, hazelnut + kinako brownies (gluten free), and pineapple shortbread studded with walnuts and cacao nibs.
